Guide spoke great Japanese which made my parents much more comfortable on the trip. Very patient with an elderly traveler in our group.

3-day Bromo, Ijen, Tumpak Sewu combo was intense but incredibly well planned. Didn't feel like we wasted a single hour driving around.
